Refund Policy

At our sole discretion, we will refund the purchase price for products sold via electronic delivery that fall into the following categories:
1. The product is not delivered within two business days of payment being processed. Please, note that we will NOT bear responsibility for any SPAM filters that block the message with the license key. If you did not receive a message with the license key the SAME day you paid for the software, please, email us at sales@aikosolutions.com and provide alternative contact information (alternative email address, phone number, instant messenger contact information).
2. A duplicate order was placed through Aiko Soluitions website.

Downloadable Software Evaluation

The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable and fully-functional during a 30-day trial period. This trial period will let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision. Please use this trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license.

If you purchase one of our products, you will be sent an email with the license key to activate the software IMMEDIATELY after your transaction. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.

During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration. We strongly recommend you to download, install, and test the trial version to its full extent  prior to making a purchase.

Your Cooperation Matters

In some rare cases and only within 30 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. This may only happen if the the software for some reason does not function as stated on our website and the situation has been examined by our support team. We will NOT refund your purchase if you refuse to assist us in investigating your problem, i.e. providing the log files, or trying to update the software with the suggested stable betas.

If we fail to provide a solution to your problem, we will gladly issue you a refund.  However,  you must submit to us a Letter of Software Removal And License Destruction on your company letterhead before we will process the refund. Aiko Solutions is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.

Accidental Purchases

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong product of ours, we will be happy to make an exchange for the appropriate product of the same price. However, please note that we do not issue refunds for accidental purchases. Any unauthorized purchase will need to be resolved through the issuing authority of the payment method used in the purchase, i.e. credit card company, bank, PayPal, etc.
