License / Activation Keys

The License Keys for our products are delivered by email immediately after an online order is placed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please make sure that the message with your license key is not filtered as spam by your e-mail client or mail service provider. Check any “junk” or spam folders.

You have purchased a product but have not received a serial number:

If your cannot find your license key, please contact our support team here. Make sure you include your Order ID in your message (if you purchased the software from other store than Aiko Solutions'  web store, please include the name or url of that store).

How to register a trial version?

You need to enter a license key that you have received in the purchase confirmation email into the registration dialog to register the product (Go to Menu -> ? (Help) ->About). Time limit will be removed after registration.

We recommend you to copy/paste your key into the About to avoid entering it manually.

Should you still want to enter it manually, please, refer to the following guidelines:

  • 0 in the key is zero
  • 1 is digit one not "l"
  • O is letter "O"

Attention SecuBox for Smartphone users: since you can't paste the key in the Smartphone version, you need to do the following to register your product: copy  and paste the license key into the new licensekey.txt document, move this txt file onto your device, go to About of SecuBox for Smartphone and click Browse (...) to locate this file. Your software will be registered.
