Does SecuBox encrypt my entire Pocket PC or Smartphone?
SecuBox does not encrypt your entire device. Instead, virtual encrypted volumes are created to hold your data. A virtual volume is a large file usually located on the external media card or in the device memory. SecuBox volume is "mounted" to become visible as another Windows Mobile storage card. Without your password all data on this encrypted volume is inaccessible.

What happens if I forget my password?
You lose your data. This, however, can be avoided if you make timely backups of your volume encryption key, password protect it and store it in the secure place, but you then have to remember this password as well.

I have purchased one of Aiko Solutions products but have not received a serial number. What do I do?
The serial number was sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. This email was sent to you by the online distributor (e.g. PocketGear, Handango) right after purchasing. If you don't find the number in your mailbox, please, contact us at sales@aikosolutions.com with your order details.

I have lost my serial number. How can I get it again?
Please, contact us at sales@aikosolutions.com, indicating the date, order number, online distributor, your name and email used during transaction.

I have purchased a product, downloaded and installed it but it is a trial version. How can I register it?
You need to enter a serial number that you have received in the purchase confirmation email into the registration dialog to register the product. To access the registration dialogue, please, go to Menu> ? (Help)-> About. Time limit will be removed after registration.

Will I receive a disk/CD after my order?
All Aiko Solutions software products are sold and shipped electronically. It means that when you buy the software you only receive an email with the license key (registration number) in it. The application itself can be downloaded directly from our website.
